Returns
You can return or exchange eligible items free of charge within 7 days of delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Packing fees may applicable to items that are hard to pack and resulting a deduction of 10% from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 days and send you an email confirmation. We may need your bank account details to issue the refund. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at halley@lafloresclayart.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Shipping
To return your product, email us at info@craftsparkles.co.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Workshop 
In any point of time, a lesson is cancelled by the Craft Sparkles, we will GUARANTEE you for 100% refund of all fees paid.

In any point of time, a lesson is postponed by the Craft Sparkles, you will be immediately enrolled to the next available class similar to the one you booked, or be offered a 100% refund as you choose.

We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations. 

If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit for your registration amount to use toward any future event if you notify us at least 72 hours before the workshop.*** To cancel and request a credit, you must email us at halley@lafloresclayart.com. Workshop credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to merchandise purchases. We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 72 hours advance notice. 

 

***Credits cannot be given for any registrations for workshops hosted by visiting/ out of town instructors. Due to the nature of these one-time-only workshops, all events hosted by special guests are subject to this policy. Thank you for understanding!***
